Stampbook Saturday- Mercy

Happy Saturday, everyone...It's Mercy, and I'm here with this week's Stampbook Saturday! The weekend is in full swing, but it is only hours away from a brand new work week. The older I get the more I realize just how quickly time flies, and how important it is to document every little thing while you have the chance. What better way to do this than to create stampbook pages?!?

What is a Stampbook Page? A Stampbook Page is a scrapbook page created using stamps and inspired by a card. Each week I create a new Stampbook Page to give you ideas on how to use your stamps in a new way and hopefully inspire you to catch up on those family photos that you've been meaning to scrapbook ;)

I decided to make a 6X6 stampbook page that coordinated with a card that I had created for another challenge blog using some of my TSG Stamps. I used the same patterned paper packs, stamp set, and embellishments.I captured a funny moment with my youngest son, Gabriel, as he was in the process of whitening his teeth...and his comment to me was "Well, I have to look good for the ladies when I start driving!" Then it hit me...he'll be getting his learners' license next year, so I'd better treasure fourteen as long as I could! LOL! I used the smaller car image from the ROFL Taglines along the upper edge of the patterned paper panel to mimic the larger one from the inspiration card. Isn't he the cutest thing you've ever seen?!? Watch out girls! :)
Thanks for stopping by, and have a wonderful weekend. Remember to treasure these moments...they will be gone in a flash.
